1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

- Capture cards and streaming devices
- Headphones and monitors

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or licensing reasons:
- Earbuds or in-ear headphones (once opened)
- Software and digital products
- Memory cards and storage devices (once opened)
- Personal protective equipment
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Custom or personalized products
3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging intact and undamaged
- All accessories, manuals, and cables included
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
- No signs of wear, scratches, or damage
Items that show signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Use the original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
- Do not write directly on manufacturer packaging

5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns
For returns due to change of mind, you're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $100. We're not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days to inspect the item
- Approval: Email notification of refund approval
- Refund: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Store credit: Immediate (additional 10% bonus)
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if:
- Item shows signs of use or wear
- Original packaging is damaged
- Accessories or parts are missing
- Item returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
7. Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items shipped
- Size or color variations (if applicable)
For other exchanges, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure faster processing.
8. Defective Items and Warranties
Manufacturer Defects
Items with manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. After 30 days, manufacturer warranties apply.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most products include manufacturer warranties ranging from 1-3 years. We'll help facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers when needed.
9. Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged:

- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
10. Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll send a prepaid return label
- We'll ship the correct item at no charge
- You'll receive expedited shipping on the replacement
11. International Returns
International returns are accepted within 30 days. Please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs inspection
- Original customs fees are non-refundable
