1. Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Processing includes:
- Payment verification
- Inventory confirmation
- Quality inspection
- Secure packaging
- Shipping label generation
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. This promotion is automatically applied at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
We declare all shipments at full retail value as required by law. We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare lower values.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through:
- The carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
- Your account dashboard on our website
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
Delivery Updates
Most carriers provide real-time updates including:
- Package acceptance and departure from our facility
- In-transit updates at major hubs
- Out for delivery notifications
- Delivery confirmation with signature (if required)
5. Special Shipping Options
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We proudly ship to military addresses via USPS. Standard shipping rates apply, with delivery times of 10-21 business days depending on location.
Signature Required
For orders over $500, signature confirmation is automatically included at no extra charge for security purposes. You can also request signature confirmation for any order at checkout for $3.99.
Saturday Delivery
Available for Priority Overnight orders at an additional $12.99. This option must be selected at checkout.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes for expedited shipping (standard only)
- Freight forwarders or package consolidation services
- Countries under US trade restrictions
7. Packaging
Protective Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- Original manufacturer packaging when possible
- Additional bubble wrap for fragile items
- Sturdy double-wall boxes for heavy equipment
- Foam inserts for cameras and sensitive electronics
- Weather-resistant outer packaging
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We're committed to sustainability and use recyclable materials whenever possible. Our packaging materials include recycled cardboard boxes and biodegradable packing materials.
8. Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes scanned early)

We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Keep all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Incorrect address information
We'll proactively notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them quickly.
9. Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to redirect the package through the carrier's website for a fee.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Refused delivery
- Incorrect address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
We'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll need to pay for return shipping.
11. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order:
- Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
- Provide your order number
- If not yet shipped, we'll cancel and refund
- If already shipped, standard return policy applies
